How to find what you want: searching for academic resources (UoS students) (S3.05) In-Person

This workshop aims to help students find a range of academic resources through library catalogues and Google Scholar.

You will learn how to:

1: Access your library subject guide

2: Search heritage for print resources at WSC library

3: Carry out advanced searches in Summon using boolean operators

4: Use Google Scholar

5: Use a range of searching techniques (i.e. truncation)
