Relaxation Station (ST0.70) In-Person
Relaxation Station is a weekly session and online space to explore relaxation techniques and share ideas for improving overall wellbeing. Whether you're looking to manage stress, learn mindfulness practices, or simply connect with others who prioritise self-care, this is the place for you.
Each week, we’ll focus on a different theme. You'll leave with practical tools and strategies to incorporate into your daily routine, as well as a supportive community to lean on throughout the semester.
Drop in, unwind, and discover new ways to prioritise your mental health and balance. All students are welcome—no prior experience necessary!
Location
ST0.70 is the Academic Skills room, near the Student Hub helpdesk. The helpdesk staff can direct you if you're not sure.
